- All articles ordered at our website will be sent to you by Secure and Insured post through TNT parcel service. All orders are sent within 24 hours (on working days) after payment approval. During the weekend it will be sent on the first working day. All watches on our website are in stock. Usually the delivery time within The Netherlands, Germany and Belgium is 2/3 days. Delivery in other European countries could take up to 3 or 4 days.

- Warranty, Returns & Replacements
We are a qualified and registered business and offer you a 1 year warranty on all our clockworks. We do not have a warranty on glass or strap.
If you send a watch for repairment, include your address for return sending. You can send it by normal mail to:

- Diemen.
- Netherlands.
Your watch will be returned in 14 days.
- Do not forget to include your address.
- If you have opened the watch yourself, there is no warranty.
- Broken glasses due to your no sufficient packing is not our responsibility.
- The loss of your watch (es) during postage is not or responsibility. If you want to avoid losing your belongings, please select a more secure way to send the watch to us.
- Do not forget to stamp your package sufficiently, as we will not accept mail under reimbursement.
You have the right to cancel your order from the date you bought the product, up to 14 working days, starting from the day after you received the goods. We will return your money within 30 days after receipt of cancellation. Naturally you will need to pay the costs of returning the goods. Again, we will not accept mail under reimbursement.

If the products you receive are incorrect of different from what you have ordered, you will have 14 days (after receiving the product) to reject the goods for a full refund. Of course the products need to be sent back to us in the same conditions we have sent them to you. Only in this situation we will compensate you for returning the goods. We will provide a refund as soon as possible and at the latest, within 30 days of the agreement of refunding.
